Sexaholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover.
Uncover -- Discard -- Discover. This cycle essentially describes the process that occurs when working the steps. Each new layer of awareness leads to the eradication of our character defects.
Many of us felt inadequate, unworthy, alone, and afraid. Our insides never matched what we saw on the outsides of others. Early on, we came to feel disconnected from parents, peers—and ourselves.
We saw that our problem was threefold: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Healing had to come about in all three. The crucial change in attitude began when we admitted we were powerless.
A list of our meeting locations and times. Even though Alaska is a vast state, our goal is to facilitate meetings for any sex addict who would like to recover—no matter how remote their location.
All meetings are Closed Meetings. By this we mean meetings are only for those seeking their own sexual sobriety. If this is your first SA meeting, we ask that you please call or e-mail us before your visit.
